Features and Capabilities
Sprowtt works in the background while keeping your company out in front of the potential investors. Sprowtt offers a dynamic multimedia platform for general solicitation of registered securities for issuers/companies. The platform is secured with 256 Bit SSL Encryption; the same Secure SSL encryption technology used by banks and Fortune 500 firms. Sprowtt qualifies and validates each potential investor before allowing access so you can check the accreditation and location of each investor prior to allowing access to your business documents.
Security is our priority
It turns out that Sprowtt isn't only awesome for business owners looking to raise capital and for investors. There are many ways to use Sprowtt. Here are some of them:
24/7 Support
Load Balancing Services
Managed Firewall
Domestic Services
Disaster recovery
redundant power supply
Browse through the internet to find Sprowtt client companies to invest in. To untilize Sprowtt, companies are required to provide: pitch deck, business plan, finicial statements, and formation documents.
Remember, investing in small companies is high risk, high potential reward. Investors are expected to conduct their own due diligence to decide which investment opportunities are right for them. Sprowtt Inc doesn’t make recommendations about particular offerings.
Once your commitment is made, your investment may be transferred to an escrow account. During the offering period, you may be allowed to alter or withdraw your commitment at certain times. If a material change is made to an offering, the company should advise you at that time, and you will have the opportunity to reconsider your investment. The amount you are allowed to invest is dependent upon your income and/or net worth. There are no fees for investors purchasing primary shares on Sprowtt (we charge companies a monthly subscription fee).
Now that you’re a shareholder, you can help increase the awareness of your company. Offer your expertise. Discuss the company among your family and friends. Connect the company with people in your professional network who might be useful. Engage in conversations among other shareholders. If it makes sense, of course, become a customer: It’s a great way to experience your company’s services and products first-hand.
If the company meets its funding goal by the end of the offering period, then all commitments are transferred from the escrow account to the company. If the funding goal is not met, all commitments will be returned to the investors.
