Services for your company, from the Sprowtt team

Alongside the software, Sprowtt offers a few services for companies that want a hand. Prices are not listed here: tell us what your company needs and we will reply with details and a quote.

For companies

AI review for your company

AI reads your company's deal-room sections and documents and gives written findings: what is missing, what is unclear, and where wording may say more than the facts support. It also explains your company's own deal-room score and what would raise it.

Who it is forFor companies preparing or running an offering on Sprowtt, and their counsel.

What your company getsFindings in plain words on each section, suggested drafts your company can accept or ignore, and its score. Investors never see the findings or the score, and your counsel reviews a draft before it is used.

For companies

Website for your company

We design and build a website for your company, or refresh the one it has.

Who it is forFor companies that need a clear, current website about their business.

What your company getsA website your company owns, built to its approval. The site is about your business; offering pages come from your Sprowtt deal room through the embed, under your counsel's review.

For companies

Landing page and tombstone, set up and connected

We build one landing page on your company's website for its tombstone, set up the tombstone embed, and connect the two through the embed snippet in your Sprowtt workspace, for an offering that may be advertised, such as Rule 506(c) or testing the waters under Regulation A.

Who it is forFor companies whose counsel has cleared the tombstone and whose exemption allows public advertising. Not offered for a Rule 506(b) offering, which cannot be advertised.

What your company getsA landing page on your own website with the tombstone set up and tested on your live site, always showing what is live in your deal room, with the legends your counsel provides. We add no claims, figures or wording of our own about the offering.

For companies

Deal room set up with you

Two working sessions in which our team helps your company set up its Sprowtt workspace, deal room and tombstone embed.

Who it is forFor companies, or their counsel, who would rather build the deal room with a guide than alone.

What your company getsA deal room ready for your counsel's review, built by your own team with ours beside you. Your company writes its own words.

For companies

Test-the-waters listing

A test-the-waters room and notice for a company finding out whether there is interest before it files an offering statement under Regulation A, with the statements Rule 255 requires.

Who it is forFor companies considering a Regulation A offering, with their counsel. Not for a Rule 506(b) offering, which cannot be advertised.

What your company getsA listing that collects non-binding indications of interest: no money is taken and nothing is sold. Your counsel reviews the materials before they are used.

For companies

Formation Weekend

A working weekend where a company's officers put its offering file in order: checklists, an exemption worksheet for its attorney, and its Sprowtt workspace and deal room started.

Who it is forFor officers of companies thinking about a private offering or a Regulation A offering, with their counsel or CFO.

What your company getsA company file started in the room and a list of what is left. It is education, not legal advice; your counsel decides which exemption fits.

For companies

Purchase shares setup, done with you

Our team works with your company's team to connect your offering's Purchase shares button to your company's own Stripe, Plaid and bank accounts, and then we test them together before any investor uses the button. The accounts are your company's own: your company opens them, holds them and controls them. Sprowtt never receives, holds or moves the money in them.

Who it is forFor companies running a stock offering on Sprowtt, with their counsel. It is not used while a company is testing the waters, because no money may be taken or accepted then.

What your company getsA Purchase shares button that works and has been tested end to end with your own accounts. Investor money goes straight to your company's own accounts, or to an escrow account, as your offering and your counsel require; it never passes through Sprowtt. This is a flat software service, and its fee never depends on how much your company raises.
